The UMBC Chapter of Black and Latino Alumni (CBLA) invites you to attend the 50th Anniversary Legends of Excellence Award Brunch. This event is organized once every five years to acknowledge the extraordinary contributions of faculty and staff who've made an impact in the lives of UMBC's African American and Latino students during their tenure at the university.

The UMBC Chapter of Black and Latino Alumni proudly supports the Second Generation Scholarship and the Esperanza Scholarship. Both scholarships provide support to students who meet minimum GPA standards, are involved in community service, and who have demonstrated a commitment to the advancement of minorities. We hope you will consider making a donation in support of one or both scholarships when you register.
Brunch Menu: assorted breakfast pastries, mini muffins, scones, assorted croissants, fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, bacon, pork and turkey sausage, roasted vegetable melange, breakfast potatoes, blackened salmon, rice pilaf, chicken and waffles with assorted toppings, caesar salad, orange and apple juices, coffee and tea, and cash bar serving mimosas, red and white sangria, and red and white wine. Each guest will receive one complimentary drink ticket.
